Bryton Development is able to rise above competitors as a result of complete control of products from start to finish.  Everything is done in house; the purchase of land, design, construction/build and sale in the Bryton family. Due to our size, we can take advantage of economies of scale by purchasing high quality products direct from the manufacturer. Our standard finishes would be costly upgrades in our competitor’s buildings i.e. mahogany floors, 3 piece crown moulding, custom paint colors, whole house audio and video systems, professional grade appliances are all included in our purchase prices.
